The Earth Bazaar offers a flat rate shipping option of only $5.00 for the Continental US by USPS Priority mail, with tracking capabilities, independent of order size and weight.UPS Ground, 3rd day and Overnight are also available at very affordable rates(US only).International Shipping is done by USPS Global Express(3-5 days delivery with tracking) with a flat rate of $30.00.Orders to Canada are shipped by USPS Global Express for a flat rate of $15.00.We do charge a special $4.50 handling fee for orders of less than $10.00.

 * What if I’m not happy with the beads I receive?
You have 30 days to for return any merchandise.It is our intention to make sure you’re totally satisfied, therefore we stand behind our products and guarantee all of our beads. Simply include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip and make sure the beads are in their original bags.The amount of the returned products will be credited back to your credit card.Refunds are issued in 30 days from the date your return package reach our wharehouse.Items ordered from the "Deal Of The Week" promotion are subject to a 10% restock fee charge.They are clearly marked (DOTW) on your invoice

 * How soon after I order can I expect to receive my beads?
Beads are generally shipped within two days of receiving the order and often even sooner.Due to high demand sometimes it may take a litle bit longer to ship, but that is ok if you consider the great deal you will be receiving.During our famous "Deal of The Week" sales shipping can take longer so please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to leave our warehouse if there is a sale going on at the time you place your order.

We don't deal with Back Order items.If items are sold out they will be refunded and their value deducted from your invoice.

 * Do you accept orders from international countries?
We do accept orders from international companies with the exception of Nigeria and Ghana. We ship to all other countries, but international orders do require shipping charges. Fees are determined based on the areas for which beads are shipped.
